I once again travelled to the city of Lodz in Poland to visit our friend Robert Karpinski and assist my instructor Ron Balicki give a seminar for Roberts students. Saturday saw Ron giving classes in Jeet Kune Do/Jun Fan, Filipino martial arts and Shoot Wrestling. Saturday night we had a traditional Polish meal with our hosts and sponsors. Sunday Ron taught JKD/Jun fan, Panantukan and Muay Thai. That night we stuffed ourselves on Vietnamese food at one of the students resturants. Thanks again to our host and sponsors for a great weekend!
