TFC Show walker dome

Chris Stewart and Stu Wells fought on the TFC show in Walker ...both lost unfortunately but not for lack of trying or training, thats MMA for you and we are very proud of you. it was Chris's first fight on a massive show and gave a very good account of himself and the gym as did Stu so well done both of you :)

IKF tournament 30/10/2010

Dave Holliday fought for the IKF amateur cruiserweight title in manchester on saturday and stopped his opponent at the end of the first round. Dave has been training for years but this was only his second fight and second win. He is not that bothered about fighting but when he does, he does it well!! Well done Dave, couldnt go to a nicer guy :)

Bad Company Seminar 06/11/2010

Richard Smith, head coach of Bad Company Thai Boxing, returned for the third year running to hold a seminar with his wife, world champion thai boxer Lisa Houghton-smith. great turnout as usual with some fantastic techniques delivered by two of the best coaches in the world!

NFL Thai boxing @ liquid envy

Team Phoenix fighter Carl Adams made his thai boxing debut in style on Sunday at the Northern Fight League's thai show at liquid envy nightclub in newcastle.

Carl gave away weight and experience in his first bout and won by stoppage in 1min30 seconds of round 1.

carl didnt really get going after giving his opponent 2 counts out of 3 knockdowns and left the ring without breaking a sweat, he made up for this lifting pints afterwards!
